Dear Parents,
Happenings in the class:-
a) I have given out a class letter to your child. Please read the letter in detail as there are some points that require your responses.
b) I have given out a new thermometer to your child today for his/her temperature taking exercise. I have written his/her name on it. Please get him/her to keep the thermometer in his/her pencil case. This is a 1-time issuance. You would have to buy your own thermometer should your child loses it.
c) I have given the English Spelling List for Week 1 to Week 5 on 5 January 2012. Week 2's Spelling will be held on Thursday, 12 January 2012.
d) Please submit your child's Health Booklets by Monday, 9 January 2012 if you had not done so. I would also need the Medical information form and the consent form for immunization to be in the health booklet as well.

Saw your note in her diary on the submission of the health booklet. I've replied to your query i.e. she had brought the health booklet last week according to the list giving during the first orientation in nov'11. And, I assumed that it was collected by the yourself as it's not in her sch bag since then.
Did you manage to locate it?
Pls advise.
